Corporate Profile
Welcome to the Money Debt & Credit Group plc Investor Relations Website.
We are dedicated to providing the investment community with timely and accurate financial and corporate governance information about our business. We hope you find our website a valuable tool in accessing this information.
Money Debt & Credit provides tailored financial solutions to over-indebted individuals who are seeking to manage and reduce their financial burdens in a responsible manner. Our principal business is the provision of Individual Voluntary Arrangements, a court registered insolvency procedure administered by Insolvency Practitioners. The record level of unsecured consumer borrowing in the UK has led to the creation of a new sector of debt resolution companies providing solutions to individuals struggling to repay their debts. The introduction of the Enterprise Act in 2002 coincided with a rapid increase in the number of IVAs.
Money Debt & Credit commenced trading in January 2006 and has rapidly grown its share of the IVA market. Marketing and customer service are the fundamental drivers of our business model. Our management team has backgrounds in consumer facing businesses together with extensive experience of media, advertising and direct marketing industries. We also have a highly experienced team of licensed Insolvency Practitioners. The Group is using these skills to differentiate itself from competitors both in attracting new IVA cases and in building pre-eminent brands within the UK IVA market such as Money Debt & Credit and Debt Fixers.
We are based in Watford but our business covers all of England and Wales. Our advisers are available by phone, on the internet or by email. In addition we have a team of staff based throughout the UK to visit clients and help them complete the necessary documentation ready for our insolvency team to determine the best solution for the debtor.
On 13 December 2006, Money Debt & Credit Group plc was admitted to AIM, the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market, a global market for smaller, growing companies.
