On the 12th April the IVA's we applied for were granted and what seemed like a "no way out situation" was turned around. We both know that this is a slow journey forward but it is forward. We would like to thank your comany for doing this and we do thank God that there are companies like yourselves who are available to help others who find themselves in a financial turmoil.
However, the real purpose of this letter is to thank Nick Smith for all that he did to organise these IVA's. From the very first phone call we made, Nick with his compassion, understanding and professional manner put us at ease always reassuring us that "things will be alright". It was with significant trepidation, and no small amount of fear that my husband and I sent our details to Money, Debt and Credit.
Due to a number of factors, we were in significant debt with multiple companies and were both feeling scared and embarrassed. Within a matter of minutes, we received a call from Nick and by the end of the call, we were feeling much better!
Through the whole process from that first call, Nick kept us informed about what was happening, advising on our options, but always leaving the decision to us.
