What happens if my monthly IVA contribution is late?
If you think that you will not be able to make a payment on time, then it is important that you let us know as soon as possible.
Under the terms of the agreement, all payments should be made on time otherwise the IVA could fail and you would then be left facing bankruptcy.
If there is a good reason for the payment being late on this occasion then it shouldn't have a detrimental affect on the IVA. However, if it is a recurring problem, then it may be necessary to reconsider the viability of the IVA.
