- Wednesday, 10 June 2009Young people accessing legal help, accommodation guidance and debt advice must be able to receive a service that is personalised to their needs, it has been claimed.
Research published by action group Youth Access reveals that many young people are directed towards generic or automated forms of advice.
This sees them face the prospect of gaining advice on debt over the internet or a telephone helpline.
However, Youth Access notes the preference for young people to receive debt advice and legal guidance through a channel "targeted specifically at them".
