- Tuesday, 2 June 2009IVA solutions offer a number of advantages over other debt resolution techniques, it has been noted.
Writing for financial news provider nurido.at, Mark Aucamp notes that
IVA help can allow an individual to retain ownership of their home.
Instead, they can release some of the equity held in the property, rather than selling it completely.
This is a common feature of
IVA solutions, Mr Aucamp adds.
Meanwhile,
IVA help can also escape more stigmatised alternatives including bankruptcy.
Immediately following setting up an IVA, Mr Aucamp suggests that there are benefits which should emerge.
For people who have faced frequent requests for payment from their creditors, these should include a little more space to stick to their monthly repayments without feeling harassed.
More people are turning to
IVA solutions for financial help, as figures from the Insolvency Service reveal a 12.2 per cent growth rate in IVAs being arranged in 2008 when compared with the previous year.
