- Tuesday, 26 May 2009The assistance of
IVA experts can help people who might otherwise be in debt for the rest of their lives.
Such is the assertion of Melanie Taylor, writing for information resource It Was So Easy.
Readers are told that
IVA advice can resolve a situation which might otherwise seem beyond hope.
"If your debts have become so unmanageable that you don't think you will ever be able to repay them in full, an IVA could help you," Ms Taylor asserts.
She explains that the process normally sees payments made to the relevant IVA experts, who in turn pass on the appropriate sum to each lender.
Ultimately, a portion of the total amount owed is written off and need not be repaid.
With
IVA solutions arranged by
Money Debt & Credit, the proportion which may be written off can reach between 60 and 70 per cent.
Ms Taylor adds that
IVA advice is one of a number of different debt resolution methods which may be recommended by an adviser.
