This policy explains how the personal information we collect about you will be used by Money Debt and Credit Group.
What information do we collect about you?
We collect personal information about you when you complete an enquiry about our services either directly to us or through one of our marketing partners.

Money Debt and Credit Group Plc, its subsidiaries and business partners may use the personal information you supply in a number of ways, for example: assessing your application and statistical analysis (we employ a third party marketing company which tracks statistical information only on all our email marketing).
The application process for some products will require us to share your information with, and obtain information about you from, credit reference agencies or fraud prevention agencies. We will only do this with your full knowledge and permission.
Disclosure of your personal data
We may disclose your personal data to other companies within the group, our agents and service providers (e.g. providers of web hosting or maintenance services), or law enforcement agencies in connection with any investigation to help prevent unlawful activity.
We will use your personal information to inform you about new services and special offers. We may share your personal data with organisations who are our business partners and we or they may contact you, unless you have asked us or them not to do so, by email, telephone, fax or mail about our products, special offers or other information which may be of interest to you from time to time.
If you prefer not to receive any further marketing communications from us, you can
opt out at any time.
Information about other individuals
If you give us information on behalf of someone else, you must confirm that the other person has appointed you to act on their behalf and has agreed that you can:
- Give consent on his/her behalf to the processing of his or her personal data
- Receive on his/her behalf any data protection notices
Recording of calls
For the purposes of quality assurance, training, fraud prevention and compliance, your telephone calls will be recorded and may be monitored.
Access to your personal information
You have a right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you for which we will charge a small fee to cover administration costs. If you wish to exercise this right you should:
- Put your request in writing specifying the personal data you want access to, including any account or reference numbers where applicable
- Include proof of your identity and address (e.g. copy of driving licence or passport and recent utility or credit card statement)
- Enclose a cheque for £10.00 payable to Money Debt and Credit Ltd
Correcting any inaccuracies to your personal information
You have the right to require us to correct any inaccuracies in your data free of charge, if you wish to exercise this right you should:
- Put your request in writing specifying the information that is incorrect and what it should be replaced with
- Provide us with enough information to identify you (e.g. account or reference numbers etc)

Security of information
We regularly review our security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification and unlawful destruction or accidental loss.
