Making an application is quick and simple if you follow the instructions on the screen. Our job application process works like this:

2. You will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received your application.
3. Next we will advise you whether or not you have been successful in the initial screening process. If you have been unsuccessful we will keep your details on hold and should something suitable arise in the future we will contact you.
4. We will assess your application based on the skills and experience you've detailed and if they match what we're looking for we will call you to discuss this further (normally within 5 working days). If you feel the role is right we'll invite you to an interview.
5. Interviews will normally last around 45 minutes depending on the position. For more senior positions you may be asked to come back for a second interview.
We use competency based interviews which are conducted by HR, you will normally have the opportunity to meet with the department manager at the end of the interview or during the second stage interview where they will provide you with a further understanding of the job and what will be expected from you.
You'll be asked questions that allow you to tell us how you've worked in similar situations in the past so we can assess how you will perform in the future. We appreciate that you'll want to find out about us too, so the interview will allow you time to ask any questions you may have about the job or about working for Money Debt and Credit Group Group.
6. Finally, the outcome, we try our best to get back to candidates as soon as possible and to provide honest feedback.
